COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron / David Brown M0332200BENU1A.25B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the KA57AM184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JMM3219T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCH353S by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HCSFS152 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elau such as ISH1003005800000001000 equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JD0054JMD180 made by Ultimate as well as the popular LPH090M013X11EGC original spares produced by Witenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K12B by Dayton and ISH1003005800000001000 spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILS1R851S1390 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
